黄河流域城市韧性综合评价及驱动因素研究

Comprehensive evaluation and driving factors of urban resilience in the Yellow River Basin

摘要:

黄河流域作为中国重要的生态屏障和经济带,其城市发展面临着生产、生活、生态(三生)空间失衡与韧性不足的双重挑战。本文基于“三生”视角构建了黄河流域城市韧性综合评价框架,利用CRITIC综合指数、全局自相关指数和冷热点分析方法及地理探测器对黄河流域73个城市的韧性水平、空间集聚状况和驱动因素进行测算分析,深入探究黄河流域城市韧性发展状态及水平,并识别其主要驱动因素。结果表明:(1)2000—2023年,黄河流域城市韧性呈现波动上升态势,但整体水平较低,存在较大提升空间。下游区域城市韧性整体优于中游和上游,呈现出东高西低、逐级降低的空间分布格局。(2)黄河流域城市韧性在空间位置上具有明显的集聚分布特征,热点区域集中分布在黄河流域下游区域,冷点区域集中分布在黄河流域中上游区域。(3)各项探测因子对黄河流域城市韧性影响程度差异较大,地区生产总值(GDP)和当年实际使用外资金额的影响作用最强,科学技术支出占公共预算支出比重和城镇化率次之,年降水量影响程度最弱。各驱动因素在其演化过程中存在交互作用,表现为不同程度的双因子增强或非线性增强。地区经济基础和科技教育与其他因素的交互影响能力最强,城市规模和空间承载能力次之。

Abstract:

As a crucial ecological barrier and economic corridor in China, the Yellow River Basin faces dual challenges of imbalanced “production-living-ecological” spatial configurations and insufficient resilience in its urban development. This study constructs a comprehensive urban resilience evaluation framework for the Yellow River Basin from the production-living-ecological perspective. Utilizing the CRITIC composite index, global spatial autocorrelation, cold/hot spot analysis, and geographical detector, we assess resilience levels, spatial clustering patterns, and driving factors across 73 cities in the basin. The research aims to investigate urban resilience development status, identify key influencing factors, and provide scientific guidance for regional coordinated development, ecological conservation, and disaster prevention to support high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. Key findings include: (1) From 2000 to 2023, urban resilience exhibited fluctuating growth with significant regional disparities, showing an east-high-west-low spatial pattern that diminishes progressively from downstream to upstream regions. Overall resilience remains suboptimal, requiring substantial improvement. (2) Distinct spatial clustering characteristics emerge, with hot spots concentrated in downstream areas and cold spots clustered in upstream regions. (3) Driving factors demonstrate varied impacts, with GDP and foreign direct investment exerting the strongest influence, followed by Science and technology expenditure ratio and Urbanization rate, while Annual precipitation shows minimal impact. Factor interactions reveal either two-factor enhancement or nonlinear enhancement effects, where economic foundation and technological capacity exhibit the strongest interactive effects with other factors, followed by urban scale and spatial carrying capacity.
